Light –
or absence thereof – defines all colors,
shades and contrasts.
Angle is both freedom and
limitation of the artistic work: freedom to select, interpret and construct “reality”
paired with the tyranny of its confinement in a static, limited,
two-dimensional space.
Light and angle determine
all aspects of harmony and elegance and therefore the aesthetics.
Story is the soul.
Therefore photography –
real photography – does not happen on its
own; it must be “thought”.
